Read Rows from an Open Data File — CSV, TSV, JSON, GeoJSON, XLSX, Opendatasoft and Socrata

Fetches an open data file from a known open data portal or repository and returns only the rows that match your words, with columns, row counts, source and licence, instead of the whole file. Reads CSV, TSV, JSON, GeoJSON (without geometry) and XLSX up to 10 MB; Opendatasoft and Socrata datasets are queried through their APIs. Needs the open licence of the file. Columns that look like personal data are left out.
