Mortgage Rates in Euro Area Countries (ECB Cost of Borrowing for House Purchase), Monthly since 2003

ECB composite cost of borrowing for house purchase (new loans to households, all rate fixations) for the euro area and each member country, monthly since 2003. country=all ranks all countries for the latest month. Comparable across countries; for German rates by fixation period use de-mortgage-rates.
