Average effective interest rates German banks charged on new housing loans to households, by initial rate fixation (variable, 1-5, 5-10, over 10 years, total). Official MFI interest rate statistics of the Deutsche Bundesbank, monthly since 2003. The latest month is provisional and can be revised.
